If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like something is "off" — even if you can't pinpoint why — therapy can help. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit. Many of my clients come because they want support navigating a transition, not because something is broken.

Our first session is about getting to know each other. I'll ask about what brought you to therapy, your background, and what you're hoping to achieve. You'll also have a chance to ask me questions and see if we're a good fit. There's no pressure — this is a conversation, not an interrogation.

Yes. What we discuss stays between us, with a few important exceptions required by law — like if there is an immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, or if child or elder abuse is disclosed. I will always explain these limits at the start of our work together.

I keep a limited number of sliding scale spots available. If cost is a barrier, please reach out — I am happy to discuss options or provide referrals to lower-cost resources.

Yes! I offer telehealth sessions for clients in DC, Maryland, Virginia, New York, Utah and Florida. Video therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions and offers flexibility for busy schedules. In-person sessions are available in Washington, DC.

IFS is a gentle, evidence-based approach that helps you understand the different "parts" of yourself — your inner critic, your protector, your wounded younger self. Instead of fighting these parts, we learn to listen to them with curiosity and compassion. It is particularly effective for trauma, anxiety, and relationship patterns.

Psychedelic-assisted therapy combines traditional talk therapy with the use of psychedelic substances (like psilocybin or MDMA) in controlled, supervised settings. I offer preparation and integration support for clients who are participating in legal psychedelic experiences — helping you get the most out of these profound experiences. Note: I do not administer or provide psychedelic substances.
